Autel's diagnostic tools come with a default one-year free software update. Some products offer a two-year software update as a promotional activity, so users may find only one-year software update after activation .

Possible Scenarios and Solutions

Within 3 Working Days After Activation: Most diagnostic computers will automatically synchronize to a two-year software update within three working days .
If Not Updated Within 3 Working Days: Please provide the device model name and S/N to our customer service, and we will process the two-year software update for you within two working days .
If Not Contacted Within 30 Days: If you do not contact us within 30 days after activation and the device only shows one-year software update, you will not be eligible for the second year's software update .
