I tried to install Autel MaxiIM IM608 apk but it didn't allow me. What happened? What should I do?
Most Autel tablet scanners can be used as tablets when they are not performing diagnostic work on vehicles. You can download third-party applications on the Autel scanner, or delete third-party applications to make full use of your scanner space.
When we receive an update notification for the Autel tablet scanner, click to download directly, or upgrade in the software update menu.
When we directly choose to download and install, we are prompted: "Block installation. To increase security, your tablet blocks the installation of applications from unknown sources." Why is this?
Autel users note that clicking download and installation directly is equivalent to downloading from the browser. What you need to do is, go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and click Allow Installation.
Nonetheless, in future application installations, please be careful to distinguish the correctness of installing unknown applications and do not compromise the security of your personal information.
